A PCC on 7th St. The photo was captioned to be at 1846 7th St; that view is not available at this location today (2015).
The caption and commentary says: the road in the distance appears to be diagonal, that would make it 7th St. and Rhode Island Ave NW.
I'll have to do more investigation -- this is NOT a frequently photographed part of the DC streetcar system.
