Ex-Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA) 24 looks like a PCC, but it isnt. Built for Red Arrow in 1949 by St Louis, 24 has a PCC body but MCB trucks designed for suburban use. It is seen here in its later Gulf Oil livery on August 10 2002
