This tired-looking Baldwin-Westinghouse B class locomotive is ex-Monongahela West Penn 3000, built in 1920 and seen here on August 10 2002. It originally belonged to City Lines of West Virginia, and later served at the Monongahela Power Roseville Power Plant. It is stored at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum in Washington, PA.
