This ended up as being one branch of the W line. Wonder whats showing at the York Theatre? Los Angeles was once packed with neighborhood movie hice.
My personal favorite was the Roundup at 54th and Vermont where, for a nickel one could sit on wooden seats in a theatre with a wooden floor and clop along with Hopalong all Saturday afternoon.
Those were the days. Would I go back? NEVER.
