3077 on the V line at Vermont and 39th St. 39th and Vermont is situated near the world-famed Manual Arts High School.
The reason for the crossover, whose wire can be seen behind the 3077, was that, until the early 1940s (at least), there was a shuttle line on 39th, west to Denker or thereabouts.
