The V car in the photo is not marked up for a short turn into Division 4, which would be accomplished by turning into Pico and proceeding east.
Besides, on Westmoreland, two blocks south of Pico, was the World Headquarters of Interurbans Newsletter and Interurbans Specials.
I spent half my adolescence in both the nave and apse of that hallowed site, and I can promise that this photo is not taken where it says.
