Car 33 was purchased second hand in 1928 from the Morris County Traction Co. in New Jersey, for service in Racine. The car was built in 1923 by Osgood Bradley and had its trucks put under the Milwaukee 930-934 series cars before entering service in Racine. The photo was taken on the Douglas - Wisconsin Ave. line on September 23 1940. All streetcar service was abandoned on October 1 1940 one week later at which time the boomer cars were transferred to Milwaukee.
