Description: This New Jersey Transit E-60 was created from a Williams shell designed to fit over a Lionel GP-9.  I lengthened it to scale, and installed a CLW drive system.  It normally pulls a 9-car train of  ICC lightweights as an NJT North Jersey Coast train, which I used to ride to work everyday.  The loco weighs in at fourteen pounds.
