Mount Pleasant
Chicago Aurora & Elgin interurban car #320 is pictured at the Midwest Electric Railway Museum in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.  Built in 1914 by Jewett, #320 operated until 1957 and was later acquired by MERM.  During the 1990's, MERM completely rebuilt the car to its appearance in 1923 - the only CA&E car to be thus restored.  The restoration included replacing the exterior arched stained-glass windows, removed by the CA&E in the 1940's.
