Eastern Massachusetts Street Railway
The 2 Eastern Mass 7000's at Neponset are on the Boston El trackage.  The 7000 with its door open and signed Quincy Square is loading for Fields Corner while the other car has arrived from the same station.  No doubt elevated passengers have alighted from the car, as this was a regular elevated car stop at Neponset.  Boston El motormen would then take the car on the loop to the south side of Neponset and Eastern Mass trackage where an EM motorman will take over the car for its run to Quincy Square.  Quincy passengers would board the car at this same spot for all points south of Quincy Square by bus connection.
