Car # 22 was built by Cincinnati Car Co in 1924 and was a modern single truck streetcar.  B & E ran between Buffalo & Erie, Pa.  Local service was provided by four of these little cars between Dunkirk & Fredonia until March 25, 1934.  Fredonia is the site of the state
teacher's college.
