#90, Niles Car Co. built, 1905, for the Sandusky, Norwalk & Mansfield Ry as their passenger car #4, rebuilt to a work motor at the Cleveland, Southwestern & Columbus shops in Elyria, Ohio later in 1905 after a wreck. Taken at the Oak Harbor car barn.  After abandonment of OPS, car was used by the Toledo & Eastern Ry, based at Clay Center, Ohio until 1958.
