York Railways 163 one of
only five Brill curved side cars ever built, all for York Railways Co.
Cincinnati Car Co. sued over patent infringements. 163 is one of two city
curve-side cars that were built (162-163.) The other three were suburban
cars (326-328) which were longer and faster. Cincinnati Car Co. sued over
patent infringements.
