The Bristol-Plainville Tramway became Bristol Traction Co in 1927. The line never became part of the Connecticut Co

Bristol and Plainville gutted some open cars for conversion to work cars. While the work was in progress, they apparently took photographs for a future edition of Model Railroader Magazine.
