#409 that was used on a railfan trip on May 14, 1939 and I believe the photo was taken on the Bellefonte line.
There was a through service from Wilmington to Chester, but as near as I can tell these cars were never used on it. The 300 and 500 series cars were used.
Prior to about 1935 these cars operated on the 20 Linwood line that went about a mile over the Pennsylvania border and made a connection with another Southern Penn car for Chester. The line was abandoned when the Governor Prince highway construction usurped the right of way
The car was built in 1928 and scrapped in 1940. It was a low floor car 50 years ahead of its time.
