1651 is the lone car on the short Dyre Ave line that operated between the Bronx/Mount Vernon line and Boston Road. This short segment of single track was the remnant of the Fifth Ave-Mount Vernon line of the Mount Vernon Division that was abandoned on October 29 1930. This curiosity was finally abandoned on June 28 1938
