A short passing siding on Bridge Street, southeast of Frankford Depot. This is the former Route 73 car line, converted to buses April 10 1948. The street was so narrow that even buses had trouble keeping the schedule. Rt 73 connected the Frankford El with the northeastern end of the Route 15 car line near the Delaware River. The track remained in place at least until 1955 for Route 15 car house moves to Frankford Depot. According to traction historian Harold E. Cox, Rt 15 operated out of both Callowhill Depot in west Philadelphia and Frankford in NE Philadelphia from October 25 1931 until September 11 1955 when all Rt 15 cars became based out of Callowhill by PTC.
